About Us

Breakers is cosy cafe built into the cliffs at Trevaunance Cove, St Agnes with one of the best views in the village.
With seating for 10-15 customers it’s perfect to stop off and take a break when walking the coast path. Our menu is also available for takeaway, so you can enjoy sitting on the beach in the summer sun.

Open 10am until – 4pm seven days a week, from Easter until the end of October.
We’re located right on the beach; if you were any closer to the sea, you’d be swimming!

environmental impact

Being so close to nature we’re particularly aware of the impact that packaging has on the environment, as part of our social responsibility we ensure that all waste disposed of in the cafe is zero to landfill. To find out more click here.

We also operate a strict no glass on the beach policy, so bare feet stay safe on the sand.

where it started

The beach cafe has been a feature in St Agnes for as long as anyone can remember, with pictures and stories dating back to the early 1900s.

These days it’s run by Jo who took over the business in 2016 after giving up a life in the marketing & design business to sit by the beach, make coffee and try to avoid eating all the ice cream

staying loyal

We really value the loyalty of our customers so to show how much we appreciate you all, we introduced a 10% discount card for our local / regular visitors*. We also offer a separate loyalty card for all hot drinks (buy 9 get 1 free).

*£5 charge, t&c’s apply. Please contact us or ask staff for more information.
